So you’re talking to a colleague and you discuss a situation that needs fixing. Eg the toaster is broken. The milk is off in the fridge. That process is not working. Someone’s going away lunch needs to be organised. And then these words are spoken:
Someone should do something about that.
If you find yourself saying that, then that ‘someone’ is you. If not you, then who?
