This week, nbn’s CEO, Stephen Rue, joined the Rise and Shine 2023 ExCo series, engaging with 86 women in a powerful 1-hour session. The focus? Empowering the women to share their stories and discuss challenges, fostering a unique opportunity for them to build confidence by talking directly to a senior leader.
This was admired leadership in action: Stephen actively listening, addressing challenges, and providing a platform for women to talk to senior leaders – because as we know, everyone wants to be seen, heard, understood, and valued.
And this, friends, is a vital ingredient for any DE&I program.
