Now – what picture comes to mind?

👵 An older woman?

🧐 Someone with a visible disability?

🧕 Someone from an ethnic group?

Or – someone who looks similar to you and the people you’re most familiar with?

Friends – it’s 2024. It’s time to update our unconscious biases.
